Peisey-Vallandry Nordic Ski area is reputed for the opportunities it offers for naturel frozen wateralls climbing.
The sun does not reach this sector during several months. (From mid November)
All the waterfalls (about ten, from 10 to 200 m) are accessible to the very confirmed climbers only.
Attention: some of them are in a protected zone : too close to the Bearded vulture's nest. Access prohibited.
It is imperative to inquire into their difficulty. You can ask to the specialized local professionals.
